Background
Dr. Rokimah Mohamad brings over 30 years of combined experience in academia and 5 years of corporate training. Her strong substance in learning and development comes from her strong academic background – Phd in Management from University of Hull, UK; M.Sc. Human Resource from Indiana State University, USA; and Bachelor Degree in Accountancy from National University of Malaysia.
Her subject matter expert is in Accounting, Finance, e-Invoicing, and Organizational Development.
She has track record trained professionals, managers, and executives across diverse industries in Malaysia including international participants.
Driven by the belief that human capital is the foundation of sustainable business success, she leads FBN Holdings in delivering high-impact learning and consultancy solutions that enhance workforce capabilities, strengthen governance and compliance, accelerate digital transformation, and enable organizations to achieve long-term business excellence.
